GOJHL Shines at OHA Awards Ceremony

The Greater Ontario Hockey League (GOJHL) was well represented at the Ontario Hockey Association’s (OH recent Annual General Meeting and Awards Celebration held at the Nottawasaga Inn Resort & Conference Centre in Alliston. Four players earned awards along with a legendary trainer.

Doug spent 45 years as a trainer and has been with the Kings since 2019. He retired after the 2022-23 season. Congratulations Doug on a well-deserved award.

MacPherson has added this trophy to his collection after a stellar season that saw the Flyers win the Sutherland Cup. Connor is currently ranked 128th on the NHL Central Scouting List with the draft coming up on June 28 in Nashville, Tennessee.

This award is presented annually to the top prospect in the OHA. Munro, a Prince Edward County native, was an up-and-coming prospect slated to be drafted into the Ontario Hockey League when he was tragically killed in a car accident in 1994.
