The GOJHL is excited to announce our Collins Clothiers Player of the Month awards for the season, starting with the top performers from November.
The Offensive Player-of-the-Month, from London Nationals was Jeff Burridge. The Nationals captain was a force in the month netting 22 points (10 goals & 12 assists) in only 9 games. London went 7-2 in the month and no doubt the performance of London native was a big part of that success.
Nominees: Remy Dalben (Caledon Bombers), Nicholas Rubino (St. Catharines Falcons
The Defensive Player-of-the-Month goes to Jonah Boria. The Grimsby, ON native registered 5 goals and 3 assists in the month for the St. Catharines Falcons. The 6’2 defenceman is having a great season for the Falcons and looks to keep that going for his squad.
Nominees: Owen Kindree (Strathroy Rockets), Josh Martin (KW Siskins)
Between the pipes, there was stiff competition, but the Goaltender-of-the-Month award goes to Gage Stewart of the Hamilton Kilty B’s. He went a perfect 7-0-0 with a .923 save percentage and 2.26 GAA. The 6’1 Thunder Bay, ON native was a big part of the reason Hamilton had the lowest goals allowed per game in the month at 2.09.
