The rookie defenceman had points in each of the three games for his hometown team, extending his point streak to five games (1-6-7 pts) and helping the Legionnaires to a 2-0-1 record for the week.  A sixth-round pick of the Saginaw Spirit in 2024, he leads Legionnaires defenceman in assists (15), points (17) and power play points (6).


Eastern Conference:  Ethan Szabo (Brantford Titans)

1 game:  1 goal, 4 assists, 5 points

Playing in his second full GOJHL season, Ethan had a career high 5-point game – including a shorthanded goal to open the scoring – in Saturday’s upset win over the #2 Ayr Centennials, extending his point streak to six games (6-9-15 pts).  The St. George native is currently fourth among GOJHL scorers with 19-27-46 points and his five shorthanded goals are tied for most in the league this season.
