Centennials extend win streak to 8; Maroons win big

Ayr Centennials 6 at KW Siskins 3

Jack Weiser and Austin Keleher each had a goal and two assists to lead the Centennials (12-3-0-0) to their 8th straight win, putting them into a tie for first in the Eastern Conference.  Ben Oliver had a goal and two assists for the Siskins (7-6-2-2),  who are winless in their last four at home (0-3-1-0).


Komoka Kings 0 at Pelham Panthers 6

Mason Goodfellow had a season-high 4 points (2G, 2A), Antonino Pugliese scored twice, and Logan Snyder made 31 saves for his second shutout in three games to lead the Panthers (4-9-3-0) to their third straight home win.  The Kings (2-13-1-0) were held goalless for the third time in their last five road games.


Hamilton Kilty B’s 2 at Chatham Maroons 11

Connor Hunt scored his first GOJHL hat-trick and added an assist, while Ian Lachance and Brody Gillis also had 4-point games as the Maroons (10-5-1-0) extended their point-streak to seven games (6-0-1-0).  The Kilty B’s (8-7-2-0) had their 5-game road point-streak snapped, surrendering a season-high 11 goals.


Caledon Bombers 6 at Elmira Sugar Kings 4

Liam Eveleigh‘s goal at 8:09 of the third snapped a 4-4 tie to propel the Sugar Kings (8-7-3-0) to the win.  Joey Martin scored twice and added an assist for Elmira.  Nolan Godfrey made 50 saves for the Bombers (1-15-0-0), who are winless on the road (0-8-0-0).


St. Marys Lincolns 5 at Welland Canadians 0

Hayden Barch and Chase MacQueen-Spence each scored twice, and Nico Armellin made 24 saves for his second shutout of the season as the Lincolns (14-1-0-0) kept their perfect road record intact (7-0-0-0).  The Canadians (5-11-1-0) are now winless in nine (0-8-1-0).
