Kings rally for OT win over Siskins

Alexander Akena tied the game with 5 seconds left in the third and Ethan Alexander scored the OT winner as the Kings (4-15-1-0) won their second straight game home game after being winless in their first seven.  The Siskins (7-8-3-2) are now winless in four (0-3-1-0)


Brantford Titans 3
Cambridge Redhawks 2

Ethan Szabo scored his team-leading 11th and 12th goals and Tyler Crisostomo netted the game-winner with 6:09 left in the third as the Titans (7-12-1-0) erased a 2-0 deficit for the win.  The Redhawks (11-7-1-1) had their nine-game point streak snapped.

Ethan Osborne scored the OT winner as the Corvairs snapped their six-game winless skid.  Antonino Pugliese scored both goals for the Panthers (4-12-4-0), who outshot Caledonia 49-36.

Strathroy Rockets 2

Lucas Laprise’s power play goal late in the first period snapped a 1-1 tie and turned out to be the game-winner for the Rockets (12-5-1-1) who moved into a tie with the Stratford Warriors for third place in the Western Conference.  The game was Strathroy’s third straight 2-1 decision and fourth in the last five games.  Ian Speiran scored the lone goal for the Sugar Kings (10-9-3-0) who had their modest two-game win streak snapped.


St. Marys Lincolns 4
Listowel Cyclones 1

Jaden Lee scored two goals and added two assists for his second 4-point game of the season, and Luca Spagnolo scored his team-leading 13th and 14th goals as the Lincolns (16-3-0-0) scored three unanswered goals in the third period for the win.  Teegan Middleton scored the lone goal for the Cyclones (11-6-1-0) who lost at home for the second time in two nights.


Welland Canadians 8
Caledon Bombers 4

Josh Cacciola had a career-high four points (two goals, two assists) for the Canadians (6-13-1-0) who snapped their 11-game winless streak.  Patrick Polaczek scored his team-leading seventh goal for the Bombers (1-19-0-0) who have lost 19 straight.
